Tamsyn Lewis got to an early lead in the 200m at the 2010 Victorian Championships and was victorious in 24.38 seconds (-2.5) ahead of Jessica Gulli (24.60s) and Katie Moore (24.68s).
Ed Vinning celebrates as he crosses the line for victory in the 800m in a time of 1:50.57 ahead of Alex Rowe (1:50.70) and Dominic Sutton (1:51.11).
2000 Olympian Georgie Clarke was dominant in the 1500m, winning by over ten seconds with a run of 4:15.41.
Melbourne University's Linda Allen in action in the triple jump. Allen was fourth with a best jump of 12.54m (-1.3) behind Jeanette Reyes' winning leap of 13.04m (-1.8).
Mohamed Zeed and decathlete Stephen Cain in action in the 110m hurdles. Zeed was second in 15.02 seconds (-1.5) while Cain took bronze with a 15.38s, while Matthew Blair took victory in 14.89s.
Having relocated from NSW, Blake Lucas was the winner of the pole vault with a clearance of 5.10m.
Tim Rooke from Mentone thwarted the plans of world championship 400m semi-finalist Sean Wroe to claim the 100m title with a 10.99 second run into a stiff 4.4 m/s headwind.
Madeleine Pape leads the way at the bell in the 800m ahead of eventual winner Katherine Katsanevakis, who ran 2:03.04. NSW's Sianne Toemoe (2:03.94) took second while Pape was third in 2:04.81.
Kim Mulhall was second in the discus in 52.29m and won the shot put with a throw of 14.88m.
