Chis and Robinson crowned 2025 Victorian mile champions

17-year-old Lucas Chis out kicked older rivals to claim the open state title while Amy Robinson was the runaway winner in the women’s race.

Chis stopped the clock at 4:03.35 to beat home Charles Barrett (4:03.96) and Andre Waring (4:04.43), who had led the race at the bell.

Amy Robinson was the clear winner of the 2025 Victorian Mile Championship in a time of 4:30.20.

Amy Robinson took out the women’s race in 4:30.20 by close to ten seconds from Georgia Hansen (4:39.85) and Jessica Coyne (4:45.88).
