It’s been a while since I gave out any details of my training, so as this is primarily a running blog, here it is.

It’s taken me a couple of day’s to get around to writing this blog. If you’ve ever done long-haul international flights, you’ll know that they are comprehensively exhausting.

The last week, as usual, has been awesome and busy! I started working at the Kevin Dare Foundation here in State College.

The last two weeks I have been busier than a one-legged man in an arse kicking contest (Thanks Coach Groves).
